Choosing your role: Worker vs Employer
What each role can do, and how to switch context.
Your role decides which dashboard and tools you see. You pick it when you sign up.
- Choose Worker if you want to find projects/jobs and get paid for your skills.
- Choose Employer if you want to hire people or post jobs for your company.
Employers get a company workspace (the Organization) with branding, billing and posting tools. Workers get a personal profile with portfolio, badges and applications.
Tip:Want to do both? Keep them separate — sign up as an Employer with one email and as a Worker with another so data never mixes.
