Reset a forgotten password

1. 1On the Login page tap “Forgot password?”.
2. 2Enter your email — we send a secure reset link.
3. 3Open the link and set a new password.

Using more than one account on the same device

Your session is isolated per login. When you log out, your data is fully cleared, so an Employer and a Worker signing in one after another on the same phone will never see each other’s data.

• Always use “Sign out” (bottom of the sidebar) when switching accounts.
• Your login email is your identity and is shown as read-only; your name and photo can be edited any time.
