Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content & activities

You must not post, request, offer, or facilitate any of the following:

• Illegal hiring or working arrangements, or work that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud, scams, money laundering, pyramid or “get rich quick” schemes, or fake reviews and engagement.
• Adult, sexual, or exploitative content or services; anything involving minors.
• Violence, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Malware, hacking, credential theft, spam, or attempts to disrupt or probe the platform’s security.
• Infringement of intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations.
• Academic dishonesty, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity, skills, or credentials.
• Sharing personal contact details to circumvent platform fees or protections before an engagement is agreed.

2. Honest conduct

Represent yourself, your skills, and your work truthfully. Deliver what you agree to. Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users.

3. Review before publishing

New job posts, project posts, and profiles may be held for review and only become visible after approval. Content that violates this policy will not be approved, and already-live content may be taken down.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or permanently disable accounts that violate this policy — including immediate action for illegal hiring or working content. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it to trust@jobistic.io. We review reports and take appropriate action.
