Jobistic is an AI-powered global marketplace that connects companies (Employers) with skilled freelancers and job-seekers (Workers). Employers post projects and jobs; Workers apply, get hired, deliver work, and get paid — all in one place.
The two sides
- Employer — post projects/jobs, review applicants, hire, message, schedule interviews, and pay securely.
- Worker — build an AI portfolio, find projects and jobs, apply, sign contracts, and receive payouts.
