Swipe Mode (Tinder-style discovery)
Flick through jobs, projects and talent card by card.
- 1Tap the “Swipe mode” button (bottom-left of any dashboard page) to turn it on — the theme changes to show it is active.
- 2Go to a discovery page: Workers use Find Jobs / Find Projects; Employers use Find Workers.
- 3Swipe right (or tap ♥) to save/shortlist, swipe left (or tap ✕) to pass.
- 4For employers, talent is ranked by match score, best fits first.
- 5Tap the button again to turn Swipe Mode off and return to the normal list.
Tip:Swipe Mode is designed for phones — it is the fastest way to shortlist on the go.
