- Submitted — the employer has received your application.
- Shortlisted — you are on their short list for a closer look.
- Interview — the employer wants to talk; watch for a meeting invite.
- Hired — congratulations; a contract begins.
- Declined / Rejected — not this time; keep applying.
Tip:When an employer shortlists or schedules an interview, you also get a notification in the bell and (if enabled) a push on your phone.
