Messaging (direct chat)
Talk to the other side, privately and in real time.
- 1Open Messages in the sidebar.
- 2Pick a conversation, or start one from an applicant, a worker profile, or a project.
- 3Type and send — messages update live.
Contact details stay private; you can work together entirely through on-platform chat until a hire is made.
Tip:A new message pings the recipient in the notification bell and, if they enabled it, as a push on their phone.
