Finding workers (talent search)
For EmployersSearch talent and understand the match score.
- 1Open Find Workers in the sidebar.
- 2Search by name and filter by skill and availability.
- 3Open a profile to see skills, bio, rate, rating and track record.
- 4Send a direct offer or message from their profile.
In Swipe Mode, talent is ranked by a match score (a quality signal built from rating and track record) and you swipe right to shortlist the best fits.
Tip:A worker’s phone and email stay hidden until you assign them to a project — protecting both sides from spam.
